For a calculation issue, include the tool name, anonymous example numbers, selected grading scale, rounding setting and the result you expected. For a display issue, include your browser and device type.
Keep student information private
Do not send student names, identifiers, marked work or confidential records. A made-up example with the same calculation pattern is usually enough to reproduce a problem.
Email is separate from the local calculators. Any information you choose to send by email is handled by the receiving email service rather than stored in your browser workspace.
